Reports are digital files supplied through your account. There is no physical shipment.

Instant PDF in your account once payment or activation and access are confirmed. The order conversation records the status and any action you need to complete. A report cannot open before the required access is active.

Sign in to the account used for the order, open Reports and My reports, and choose the available document. Keep the downloaded PDF for your personal records. Premium opens its included guidance for the purchased term and gives the stated report discount.

If confirmed access does not open, or a PDF will not download or read correctly, send the order reference and the device or browser you used. We will check the access and help supply a working document through the account. The refund policy applies when an appropriate refund is due.

Delivery is through the portal rather than post. Email or mobile messages, when available and chosen, are notifications; your account remains the place to see the order and download the report.
