The portal provides astrology charts, traditional interpretations and personal digital reports. Readings are guidance for reflection and planning; they do not guarantee an event or replace qualified medical, legal or financial advice. Your decisions remain your own.

Enter birth details as accurately as you can and state when the time is uncertain. Use another person’s details only with their consent or when you are lawfully authorised. You must have capacity to agree to these terms; a guardian must act where applicable law requires one.

The pricing page and order show the report, plan, term and amount. Confirm only after checking these details. Access begins when payment or activation is confirmed. Premium reduces report prices by 50%; it does not make every report free.

Protect your password and sign out of shared devices. Reports are supplied for your personal use; do not resell them or share account access. Keep a copy of your order reference and use Messages for help with an order or download.

Do not upload harmful or unlawful material, interfere with the service, impersonate another person or attempt to access another account. Affected access may be restricted to protect customers and the service.

Use the Contact page or your account inbox to raise a problem. The refund and delivery policies explain the steps we take. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you. Changes to terms will be published here; an existing order keeps the terms agreed for that order unless the law requires otherwise.
